IVF grant question for a friend
Hey ladies -- I know someone on here recenetly got a grant for IVF and got pregnant --- does anyone know the grant? My best friend lives in NJ and is having so much problems getting pregnant... had several failed medicated IUI's and was just on an injectible cycle and only had 2 mature folies.....her insurance doesn't cover IVF at all and I know she doesn't think she can do it....
Please let me know if you know of any grants..

Last I heard the grant $ is gone but there was a center who was doing a free program. You had to meet certain criteria though.

The NYS Demonstration Program grant money is gone. I haven't heard if they are re-funding the project yet. But the asker is asking for her friend in NJ, who would have to check with her state and local clinics.

I did a Clinical Trial through New Hope in Manhattan, I believe they're still taking participants.
It is not a grant, it is a fully funded trial where you draw either conventional ivf or mini ivf, you don't get a choice. With mini one egg is put back, with conventional two.
They are looking for people who are unexplained.
She can start by filling out a quick online questioneer and an instant email will tell her if they think she may be a candidate.
I am 20 weeks pregnant with one baby and I found their program very easy and not stressful at all.

I'm so confused about this. I'm using LI IVF and they are still offering the DOH grant.

i have a friend a 09 bride who just had a beautiful baby boy and she used a grant..not this time for her baby but for ivf before that

I am at Cornell and was told there is no money left. I am on a waitlist, but I have to do IVF now, so it's kind of pointless.
