IVF preggo question for the mommies!
Hi mommies!
If any of you got pregnant from IVF, could you please tell me if you felt anything in the days after your transfer. I am feeling twinges of cramps since my transfer on the 17th. I don't want to read into anything, especially since this is my second ivf cycle, but I am just curious is anyone had a positive result and felt something.
I know some people have implantation bleeding, but my sisters, both ivfers, didn't experience that with their positive ivf cycles.
Please let me know.

best of luck to you!
I am pregnant after my first IVF with twins and from the day of my transfer i felt AF cramps constantly for the first few weeks. i had no implantation bleeding at all, but i knew i was pregnant because i was so crampy!

With my first IVF cycle, I felt some mild cramping the day after the transfer, but nothing else. I got a BFN.
My second cycle, I had a lot of cramping in my lower abdomen, especially in the 2 days following the transfer, but also for a few weeks after. That's when I got my BFP! Good luck!
ETA: I had no implantation bleeding with either cycle.

First IVF, had no cramping = BFN
Second IVF, had cramping = BFP

First IVF - Every pregnancy symptom under the sun: I got a BFP but miscarried
2nd IVF - I was convinced it didn't work. Felt nothing. BFP... DD is now 15.5 months old
3rd IVF (FET) - again, felt nothing... maybe some mild cramping around 7dp5dt. BFP - Now 26 weeks pregnant.

Hi. I did have AF like cramping in the 2ww and did spot also. Its hard not to read into these things
