IVF Timing

This is my first IVF cycle and I'm trying to figure out timing. Will I still count my first day of LMP as the beginning of the cycle and then figure out possible due date from there? Then, once they do the transfer count that as the implantation day for a more accurate EDD? I'm starting Lupron today, stopping BCP on Wed. Just trying to get some grasp of timing. TIA!!

everything in an IVF pregnancy is counted with the ER as the day of conception. generally if you put the ER date in a pregnancy calculator and consider it the ovulation date, it's pretty accurate. LMP doesnt matter as much with IVF.
