I serve it over pasta and mix in ricotta.

You can saute chopped onions until they are translusent, add frozen (microwave and squeeze out water) spinach, and then mix in sauce. I mix it with pasta and you can also add in slices of grilled chicken, and top with mozzerella if you like it extra creamy/cheesy.
I usually jazz up jarred sauce by adding in extra garlic and some italian herbs.
