Jason/Bethenny related: The topic of him being cheap
this puzzles me. she's always saying how cheap he is and how his dad is, too (super rude for her to say on air!). anyway, she has the two HUGEST wedding rings I've ever seen. Did he not buy those? Were they furnished by Kristen Ferrell, then? (that's the jeweler they always show) I mean, if he's so cheap, then how does she have such fancy, sick rings?

well maybe he is just cheap in general, but that doesn't mean he doesnt occasionally splurge on the big things like the rings or whatever.

I don't think Jason is cheap. Those rings are gorgeous btw!! I think he spends his money wisely and that's why he has it. I don't know any man that would be ok with spending $245.00 for jeans to then have them altered!

I think she jokingly calls him cheap. I think he just pays closer attention to the details and how money is being spent and is just more financially conservative in general when it comes to the day to day.
Doesnt mean he doesnt spoil her once in a while.

he reminds me of what Nick Lachey was like when I used to watch him and JS on newlyweds.. he used to be on top of her for spending frivolously on things.. I think of Jason being the same way.

I agree....and I am kind of the same way
I am cheap with day to day things- but I spend a ton on my SUV happily
but I couldn't part with $75 for a dress last week

Fair enough. It's just that to me, the "cheap" comments at dinner, at the store, etc...it's said WAY too much. I just find it a little rude when she sports such amazing jewels. Oh, and those new earrings, too! ;)
