Jc discount fuel can keep their 2 cents, as a matter of fact i'd pay up to 10 cents more a gallon before ever using this wanna be mafia oil company again. Be warned on the Better Business Bureaus website they have a score of D-, F is the worst.

My Jc discount experience, keep in mind I had a service contract too. I had pre-paid for an oil delivery on Monday, and they couldn't get to me until Thursday. Thursday they call and say "my drivers not delivering because your road isn't plowed". Really!? I'm looking at a plowed road and tell the rude wife of the business owner that my road is in fact plowed i'm running low on oil and need the oil today. The rude witch tells me to call back when the plow comes and we'll send the driver "right back", ok fair enough right? The plow comes and plows the road again, I call the witch and I tell her it was plowed. She says, "well we're not delivering to you today the roads need to be better" (By 12 noon the roads were cleared, all of them). So I let the witch know a second time i'm low on oil and if the sludge pulls through i'm not paying for the service call its on them. Her response, "Well we will cancel your service contract then" and then the witch hangs up on me. So of course I call back and I tell her to make sure I get my oil delivered today I have a 3 year old in the house, the witches response, "I could careless". I let her know I will be coming into the office, and her response, "my husband will be waiting for you, do you know who my husband is?" So I let the witch know her husband is a nobody, and her tone is way out of line, so the witch proceeds to escalate tensions by yelling, screaming, and cursing at me. Such a reputable company right? Suffolk county needs to shut this business down, they shouldn't be dealing with the public. They think they are mafioso and there attitudes is beyond belief for a service company.

To the witch: Again your husband is a nobody, that's who your husband is, so wake up and smell the coffee because for every customer you lose and trust me you will lose them all on your doing because you don't know what customer service is, the less money you will have to feed your children that I could "careless" about. Hopefully we starve you off long island, and you sit home watching goodfellas and the godfather all day long believing in your simple mind that that's you while you twiddle your thumbs and eat popcorn.

Pick ANY company, spend the extra 2 cents and save yourself a nightmare company and a headache.

I had problems with them a few years ago .... And she pretty much had the same attitude. I would DEFINITELY pay the extra couple of cents to NOT deal with them !

I'm so sorry you had to deal with this.. At that point I would have called my Credit Card company cancelled the transaction and went elsewhere .

I have been using them for cod oil for almost 10 years and just this week for service again. Never an issue, never an attitude. Most of my neighbors use them too.

Oh well, it's America you can pick whatever company you like!
