Re: Jenny Craig -Anyone with any success stories

My mom is on it right now, I wanna say since maybe late summer and she is down 28lbs. She LOVES it!!! She is still eating the food cause she has a few more pounds to lose, so I can't really comment on maintenance.
Good Luck!!!

I've been on it since Nov. 23 and I've lost 15 lbs. (About 2 lbs. per week) I love it! I cheat every now and then, but if you stick to it, it really works. Good luck!

It makes it easier since the meals are already made for you, you just add fruits/veggies. But my mom also loves the one on one consultation.

Re: Jenny Craig -Anyone with any success stories

I'm starting tomorrow!!! I can't wait. I did it YEARS ago - when I was in college - and I loved it. I couldn't stick with it though b/c I did it during the summer and once I got back to school, i wasn't working so I couldn't pay for it. I'm sure if I had stuck with it and did the maintenance, I wouldn't be where I am now.

While I was on maternity leave, I had been thinking about joining again. When I came back to work, a man I work with started it and it inspired me.

I loved the food. It was good. It's all about portion control and eating several times a day. It's not magic food. It's just easier for me because I don't have time to shop, cook, weigh, measure, etc. I'm constantly eating quick and not so healthy meals. I also loved the one on one attention. So, we'll see how it goes this time. I just need to get in control. I tried ww for a couple weeks but with all I have going on, it wasn't working for me right now.

Good luck!

My mom did it for a year and she stopped because it was getting to expensive for her. She did loose about 20lbs though. She also liked the one on one consultation.

Basically the food is low sodium and low fat and smaller portions. She had 3 meal and 2 snacks a day.

Good Luck with it!

It's not my own success story but my best friend was on it and lost about 35 lbs. She is on maintenance now and said it's very easy. Good luck! Chat Icon
