Jenny Craig- Personal Success Stories?
Has anyone had any personal experience with Jenny Craig? I'm finally in the mind set to lose the weight (and I have A LOT of it to lose) and am thinking of joining. I've been reading some success stories online, but would love to hear about the program from an LIF'er.
-What is the membership fee and the cost of food per week? Also, if you were a lifetime member, what is the fee to rejoin?
-How is the food?
-Are weekly meeting mandatory?

I lost 25 lbs on Jenny Craig after having my second son. I had my third son in December and started Jenny again on January 22. I have lost 25 lbs and have 10 more to go.
I spend about $110 per week on food. You'll find which meals you like and which ones you don't. I actually don't like any of the lunches, so I eat the dinners for lunch. They are all about the same amount of calories.
There are no "meetings", but I meet with my consultant each week and weigh in and buy next weeks's food.

I took off all the weight in about 8 months and then plateaued for about 4 months. I gained back like 15 but thats because i got a boyfriend and got lazy.  I'm back on again with my trainer and I already lost 5lbs. it's a great diet!! It worked for me cause i'm a single FTWM so i had no time to plan meals. this was easy and the food tastes really good. BUT...it's expensive. Membership is like $200 (i think) for the year and then food is like $100 a week.
