Jessie Davis' body found - boyfriend arrested
So sad!!
Bobby Cutts arrested and will be charged with two counts of murder
UPDATE: 6:02 PM, Saturday, June 23, 2007
The boyfriend of Jessie Marie Davis has been arrested and will be formally charged Monday with her murder and that of her unborn child.
Bobby L. Cutts Jr. is in custody, and his arrest was just announced by the Stark County sheriff's department.
Cutts, 30, a Canton police officer since 2001, was the father of Davis' 2-year-old child and believed to be the father of the baby girl she was to deliver on Juloy 3.
Davis has not been seen since July 13, and her body was recovered at 3 p.m. today at a site in the national park system in Summit County.

my heart dropped when i saw the title of your thread.
i was so afraid this would happen.
just go to show you that the statistic is right: a woman is most likely to be killed when she is pregnant and she's most likely to be killed by the father.
so sad

I have to add what a dirtbag her married"BF" was to have also done this in front of his 2 y/o son
to the whole family.

I'm curious exactly what transpired to push him to this point! He already has 2 kids, so it's not like the stress of being a new dad pushed him over the edge or something.

Just him "knowing" his son would be with her just makes my blood boil. Him arranging this or whatever he did might have had something to do with the fact he was married to someone else and she was expecting a second baby with him. Maybe he led her on that he would divorce and marry her? He deserves a fate worse than dealth IMHO
