Jet Blue question
I found this on their website
We begin selling seats on each flight at the lowest fare offered. When all seats offered at that fare have been purchased, the next lower fare becomes available.
does this mean, once the prices go up, they arent going to ever go down?

Re: Jet Blue question
That's interesting. DH and I found when booking our last flight in March that if you want to see in rows 1-7, you have to pay an extra $20 per person.

Re: Jet Blue question
Somone I know just paid something like $15 for tickets to CA on JetBlue. If you buy tickets and then the fare goes down, you can request a credit for the difference. This is what she did.

Re: Jet Blue question
Yes, I think Jet blue sells it's cheapest seats first then the next block is more etc until all seats are full. I think they are one of those airlines it pays to book early with. Whereas other airlines - the rates fluctuate.

Yup this is true. I had a destination wedding last year and everyone flew Jetblue and they do sell a certain amount of seats at each price level. I was really encouraging people to book early to get the best prices. It says on the site how many seats are left in the lowest price...and believe me....they really do mean 2 seats left when they say it! lol...
