Tummy tuck and boob lift is in my future. On the fence about implants.
I had hanging skin after weight loss surgery. After pregnancy it is pretty much the same and I am not swollen anymore though a lil sore. Though my surgery was elective, it was life-saving in a manner of speaking. I worked VERY hard in the gym to tighten muscles and reduce the amount of excess skin I had. 500 crunches 3-4 times a week and I still have an apron of skin - not budging.
I had my surgery 6 years ago, kept my weight off and I am still 5 pounds LESS than I was before getting PG. I have felt like a work in progress for those 6 years. I look forward to finishing the project after Abby (hopefully) gets a sibling.

I would get a chemical peel, a boob job and alllllllll new clothes.
I will post about the gym-if you follow the workout and the food its guaranteed 20 pounds weight loss.

I was never one for plastic surgery but at 32 and one baby and one on the way, I know my body will never be the same
I would probably go for something more in my face (lift, wrinke treatments) as opposed to a boob job....but you never know

I had a breast reduction when I was 20 and thats all I will do, i think.
If I have another child and it does something insanely disfiguring to my body, it may cross my mind, but I'm sort of an all-natural type of person and would want to exhaust all other options - like eating well and exercising.
I thought my body would never ever come back after having Cailen, and after some hard work, it actually is starting to look better than it did pre-preggo....

well, I'm still BF but I'm scared of what the girls will look like after. I def. want implants ( I've always wanted them, this just gives me more of a reason!)

Personally, I wouldn't volunteer to go under the knife - I'm too scared of the "what ifs", but no flames for anyone else - whatever makes you happy!

If I have any more kids I would want a tummy tuck. I don't know if I would though because of the size the scar would be.
I had my boobs done already and if needed I would redo them after i'm done having children.

You're not the only one - I am wayyy to scared to even think about it.
If/When I have another baby I will be back at the gym full time getting my body back to where it was (if not better)

Sometimes I wake up from a dream and I looked like I was 25 again.
I thought about a tummy tuck.
I will most likely try the gym first though.

If my boobs get any smaller and saggier after breast-feeding #2, then I am in. It doesn't hurt that my MIL got a tummy-tuck after her kids so DH is pretty understanding about it.

I keep begging people to nominate me for what not to wear!!! No one has done it yet but I really think I need it.

i have always wanted a boob job but after having a baby i realllllllllly want a boob job. i loved the way they looked while i was pregnant. now they are even worse then they were before

I used to say that I would get a tummy tuck after I was finished having kids.
But you'd be surprised what a ton of exercise owuld do. I never thought my belly would be as flat as it is. I still have a little ways to go, but at this point, I can't see myself getting ;anything done to my belly. I'll do it naturally.
My boobies on the other hand. Just imagine what happens to a balloon going from size DD to B. Not pretty. They look like flat tires

i would consider my boobs and some lipo, i am lucky so far that my stomach pretty much went back, but who knows after i have another child. My DH is against any of it (he thinks i'm perfect ), and truthfully i am a little scared of something going wrong, so i will prob never go through it it, but its nice to dream

No flames here.
I am getting a Tummy Tuck and Breast reduction in March.
I have a smaller frame, and have always had a big chest. I have wanted a reduction ever since I was about 18. As far as the Tummy Tuck, My 2 pregnancies wrecked my stomach. I have hernias that have to be repaired, and my muscles are completley split apart from my rib cage to my pelvis.
I "interviewed" three Plastic Surgeons and have really done my research. I am scared, but I am a healthy person, and I'm sure that I will do great.
