Job Share Position Available

Small busy office located in Mineola, NY is looking to add a new member to their team. Perfect flexible position (three or four day schedule, 8.30am start) for stay-at-home parent looking to get back into the workforce. Responsibilities will be shared with another company team member. Candidate must be mature, energetic, responsible, reliable, have a positive attitude and willing to get the job done (whatever it takes). Salary starting at $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and schedule.

Responsibilities include:
• Executive Assistant Tasks including phones, travel arrangements, business
correspondence, client interaction, assist with general business operations

• Contact Database Management
• Microsoft Word Document Management

• General clerical office tasks

Required skills:
• Strong general computer knowledge (understand Windows folder organization, document creation and management, and general use of computers)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access)

• Strong project management, organizational, communication, human relation and problem solving skills

• Good typing skills (minimum of 40 to 50+ wpm)

• Detail oriented; Must be able to multi-task; Must be able to work within tight timelines and meet deadlines

• Must be a team player with ability to work independently
