One of the articles says that he isnt technically in custody so he doesnt really need a lawyer with him should he make statements that incriminate himself. Having him drink is probably a very calculated move. Not that it makes me happy.

what?????? This guy is such a wacko. I'm sure there's so much more to his story. It should be very interesting to hear what he has to say...and to hear people analyze it to try to figure out if he's telling the truth or not.
