Join us for a Diet & Fitness Get-together at Team Extreme Fitness Bootcamp!
Looking to get healthy and be more active for the New Year? Or just looking for an awesome place to work out during the cooler months? Then definitely join us for a Diet & Fitness Get-together at Team Extreme in St. James.
This Health and Fitness Extravaganza will be taking place on Saturday, January 26th at their St. James location located at 620 Middle Country Road. This event will kick off at 9:00am where we will have a meet and greet with their nutritionists, trainers, etc. Then we will participate in an awesome work out as the Team Extreme trainers provide a full 1 hour class consisting of their best cardio and bootcamp fat busting work out techniques.
And any event we host is never complete without PRIZES!!!
Everyone is welcome from the beginner to fitness expert. And you can do 10 minutes or the whole class (whatever works for you!) This is a fun family event as children are welcome. This facility is large so they will also be having some games and activities for the children so you can get your work out on! This is about having fun and getting together with other health minded people.
Please reply to this post to sign up for this event. If you are bringing a child please also sign them up and let us know their age. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on January 26th! This event is free of charge for LIF members.
