But they convict on circumstantial evidence all the time...I guess the problem lies with it being in Aruba and if they have the proper circumstantial evidence.
but they have no evidence that she is, in fact, dead.
how can they prosecute them for murder if they don't have evidence that a murder occurred?
no blood...nothing. No trace.
of course, we "know" something terrible happened to her...but still, we don't know it for fact and before the law.
it was a similar situation with Lacey Peterson. they had so much trouble b/c of the lack of evidence...it's a blessing that she (and the baby) finally came up from the depths of the ocean...at that point there was no denying it...no room for doubt.

and hellooooooo Mr. Attorney man, i dont know where you got your license to practice law...but the guy SAID on tape that he got rid of her and was there!!!!! how does he have nothing to do with her death???? he has EVERYTHING to do with her death!

he's a psychopath and a sociopath. He thinks he's above everyone else and bove the law.
I'm almost certain his father coached him completely about how to handle it. Both are scum.
The video pretty much is a confession and he backed it up!

i have a feeling that the reason he panicked is probably because he gave her some kind of date rape drug or something that caused a reaction
so sad all around
That is what I was thinking. If he didn't DO anything, why dispose of her body? What are you trying to hide? Why not call the police and say you don't know what happened, but you need help?

I totally think he did something to kill her. Whether it was slipping her a drug, etc. There is no reason why you would not just leave her if that was not the case.
And I am telling you no friend is going to tell Joran to go home and he will take the body at to sea and have not said a word. I think his father is his "friend".
I still do not get why those two brothers have not ever spoken up. I really believe they are covering for Joran and seriously I would not sit in a jail cell for that piece of sh*t.

I have no doubt that he did it, but he will never be arrested because his father is a big-wig in Aruba.
As written in the article, they will always find reasons NOT to arrest him...this is not the US and he is most likely going to walk away from this.
ITA...If this was the US his sorry a$$ would be in jail right now. Since his daddy is a big wig in Aruba he will walk. It's such a small Island that a big powerful man like Jordan's dad could have easily paid off all the judges and all authorities.
