Junk Food Do you eat it and how often?

I rarely eat chips and candy but today I really needed a midday pick me up so I bought Cheetos and potato chips.

I go through phase of 2 weeks at a time where I need junk food every day and then nothing for months. Odd.

i dont really eat junk food bc if I do- i cant stop.

I just had th throw out a left over bag of chips from DH's boys night bc it was calling my name.

I cant have any junk food in the house- no control!

No junk food...

HOWEVER... if it is in the house, I WILL eat it.

We had a huge BBQ this past weekend and I have tons of Chips and crap in the house that's left over just taunting me!

I eat it every single day.
I can't live without it.
It's bad- but i can't help it.

Well, I have chocolate every day.



As for chips and that stuff, if I don't buy it, I don't eat it. I do buy it for DH however.

I will make stove top pop corn which I think is the best.

However, while we may have chips and salsa/hummus, we have maybe 1 bottle of soda a month.

I have a little chocolate everyday otherwise I crave it

I love junk. I have to try to control myself, but I love it.

I have chocolate, cookies or ice cream every night. I feel like I always need a snack after dinner and the only thing that appeals to me is something chocolately!

As for chips and stuff, I don't eat it that often. I'm not a huge fan of chips... sometimes i'll have salt & vin chips if i'm having a sandwich or chips & dip if i'm at a party.

I have ice cream almost everynight.

Chips are my weakness. I could eat them every day, but I don't, just once or twice a week. In the Summer I eat ice-cream once a week.

I never eat junk food from fast food restaurants, the closest would be pizza every 2 weeks or so.

Not everyday...but I eat more chocolate than chips
