Just a cute thing that one of my students did today...
Our computer teacher plays the guitar and when he is getting the kids ready to be picked up from the classroom teacher, he'll sing songs with them.
Today he was echo singing "This Land is My Land" with them -- him singing it first and then the kids would echo him.
So he sings "This land is made for you and me..."
And as my kids echo him, I hear one of my adorable little boys named Antone (he has eyes like Puss in Boots from Shrek 2) go...
"This land was made for Antone and Mr. A..."
He literally thought that "made for you and me" meant that he was supposed to insert his own and the computer teacher's name.
