Just a suggestion for all the new CIO moms...
I've noticed a lot of new moms trying CIO recently, and I wanted to throw a little bit of info out there. If you don't own Ferber's Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems, I HIGHLY recommend buying it. I'm not a book person, I'm more of the type to take bits and pieces of things that work from different sources, but this book is worth its weight in gold! It really helped me understand the method and all the other things that go along with CIO that help make it a successful technique. I'm writing this because I pulled the book out again today, two years later, and remembered just how great the book is. So, I highly recommend reading it. It's great!

I can't say because I never read that one, but Ferber's book is fantastic. For me to say that is a lot because I hate reading
