Just curious - Q for moms of 2.. NO I'm NOT TTC!
Did anyone have a really bad sleeper the 1st time around,but the 2nd baby slept really well?
I know there is no way to tell, but I can't imagine going through what I have been going through with Cailen all over again. The sad thing is, he is really so sweet and good when he is awake - a real delight, but the night time is so hard - especially because I work FT...

My mom. I was an awful sleeper and my sister was great. She told me that everything (at least for her) was easier the second time around.

Yeah, but wasn't your sister the "bad one" when she got older???

DD1 is still a horrible sleeper.

the first had night terrors and didn't sleep through the night...
the second had colic and undiagnosed milk allergy---screamed no **** every 1 1/2 hours....
the twins...cake as far as I am concerned

#1 wasn't a great napper but was sleeping 12 hours a night at 8 weeks.
#2 is a good napper but she doesn't sleep through the night every night. It will go a few days are a few weeks and then she starts waking again.

Well, that's a completely different story If that hold true then Cailen will be your "good" one later on.
Anyway, you asked about sleep and my sister has always slept well. She actually used to tell my mom she was ready for bed! The exchange would be... "Mommy, I'm tired!" "But Kristy, I haven't read you a story yet." "Can we do it tomorrow, Mommy?"
I, on the other hand, would seriously spend 1 or 2 hours in bed, even as an adult, until I could fall asleep. The only thing that cured that was becoming a mom.
