Just curious....when did you find that your toddler
was a better listener and you were able to reason with him and maybe even the tantrums settled down in frequency? I ask bc Im curious and my 20 month old can be exhausting 
So I was wondering when you began to see a light at the end of the tunnel as far as DC really understanding you and being more cooperative. I know I have a long ways to go....or so I think.

Just now, he turned 2 on Apr 4, do I feel I have a window of opportunity to reason with him on very basic things, but the real emotional issues for him (not getting to keep his Transformer pajamas on and having to wear clothes, for example) are just big huge tantrum fests.

Certain things get easier as they get older...some get harder.
But after 3 it starts to get easier to negotiate and reason...
