Just did my first P90X workout!
After completing the full 90 days of the precursor, Power 90 (with a bonus HIIT workout for the last 3 weeks) I graduated and started P90X today! What a workout! I feel fantastic and am just impressed with myself for getting through a whole workout! I'm excited for the next 90 days!

Go you!! Here's to 89 more!!
Don't be scared!!! There's a basic fit test I can send you to check if you're at the right level, but there are modifications for everything! It's a great workout and it goes by QUICK (45 min today felt like 15, an hour yesterday went by super fast). I definitely recommend it!
