Just don't know what to do.....Update
My Boston Terrior is 9 yrs old. He's been really sick for over 2 years and has been loosing weight like crazy and is down to 12 lbs from 25 lbs. 
We've done EVERYTHING!!! Tests, two different vets, special food. They can't find anything wrong with him. We know he's inflamed in his stomach, but everything they give him isn't helping.
So Saturday he stopped eating. The Vet gave him steroids, but that isn't helping either. I just feel awful and I don't' know what to do. Should we put him down?
If they told us what was wrong we could try to fix it, but they have no idea and I just don't' know if he's suffering.
I need help!
Update....
We had to put him down yesterday. The vet believed he had cancer of the bowel and there wasn't anything they could do. He's in a better place now and will have no more pain. It was heartbreaking, but we believe it was the right decision. We felt that if we continued we would only do it for selfish reasons.

Seriously you need to go to a new vet.. I believe in 2nd opinions for people and pets ALWAYS .. I am so sorry for you .. This is very heratbreaking to even read .. I can only imagine how you must feel...

there has to be something that they're overlooking. try looking up some specialists.
we have a boston too. theyre such good dogs.

I would try Dr. Wen in Remsenberg/Speonk. He is an awesome Dr. and known to be a miracle worker..
He does both conventional and holistic herbal remedies
I totallty belive in the herbs and we used them for Mia's allergies and they worked amazing. He has a great reputation

omg this is craziness!! you must be going totally insane. I'm so sorry for you to be going through this. Please find a fourth vet! There has to be a reason; A blood test they havent ordered or scan.

Did he have an ultrasound?
What type of special food?
Have you taken him to a specialist surgeon?
Is he on an IV?
My Bruno was given no options by 3 vets until a surgeon at least gave us some hope to try something.
I hope you get some answers or find comfort in your decisions.

 I had a feeling this was going to be your post I feel so horrible about this... 2yrs of trying to help your poor baby.. I am so so so sorry.. you did so much to try to help him ... Its terrible to see our loved ones suffer...RIP now little baby..
