Hi Ladies! i just had a baby 6 weeks ago, and i lost the baby wt but now i need to lose the wt i gained b/f i was pregnant. I want to lose 50lbs. I was a runner all my life and then gave it up 2 years ago, so my plan is to start running again, and eat right? Any tips!??

Congrats on your new baby!! And another congrats on deciding to lose the weight.
I would reccomemend coming up with a plan for yourself. I personally found WW to be the best plan for me..It was easy to follow and the meetings/weigh in helped so much.
In terms of excerise- come up with a plan for that too. When you'll go/how often etc. Pack your gym bag and put it in the car the day before if you have to- just to get there!

come out to li and work out with me as far as eating good, i always found eating 5 small meals 1200 calories a day the best way to lose weight. now i'm alternating salmon, grilled chicken and tilapia every day for dinner. for lunch i usually eat a turkey and swiss on wheat with mustard with either a small salad or a cup of soup. for breakfast, i actually have been eating 2 eggos with a little bit of syrup and i can't believe it's not butter. or 2 eggs with a slice of whole wheat bread. snacks are fruit or almonds or protein shake. i eat so often, i'm never really hungry (well except with declan, i don't get to eat as often)

since you were once a runner, why not find a race to train for...that usually helps me stay on schedule with my running.
