2007 Moms trying to lose the Baby weight

I want to lose about 10more lbs from being pregnant..
Started WW on Monday....
For bkfst today I had sugar free oatmeal 2pts Progresso Soup 0pts 100 calorie pack of chips 2 pts
deciding on dinner

I'm here! I'm already 32.5 lbs below my pre-preg weight, but I was overweight before I had DD, so I still have about 50-60 lbs to go!
This morning for breakfast I had 4 egg whites with peppers and onions and 2 pcs of swiss cheese.
For lunch, I wasn't very hungry so I just had a few pieces of celery and carrots.
Dinner was 1 chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup of broccoli

today I had WW oatmeal, salad with lettuce tomatoe, beats, onions, carrots and radish.. Red wine vinegar.. ZERO Point Lunch! woohoo, 100 calorie pack of pringles, Dinner I am not sure,...
What does everyone drink all day? water?

I'm trying...but its so hard.
When I get tired and stressed I just want to sit around and eat and I'm 100% to capacity with both this week.
But since two weeks ago I'm down 3pds.

I would love to lose my bayb weight, but it's going to be a long, slow process. Just don't have time or energy to fit in much exercise or eat properly. I have about 14 pounds to lose, and two sizes to drop.
But, I walked at a brisk pace for 40 minutes today. I can't say I followed a diet and can barely remember what I ate though.

I have 10 more pounds to go - I'm not a big eater, but its coming off slow - I DID have chinese food tonight to celebrate passing my exam with DH!!!

I'm doing pretty good- for breakfast, I had a packet of oatmeal (3 pts) and a coffee (.5 pt). For lunch I had a smart ones (5 pts), and for dinner, i had a little bit of pasta (9pts).
For snacks, I had a 100 cal pack of hershey's snacksters (2pts) and a mrs freshley's oatmeal cookie (1 pt).
We are going to a wedding tomorrow night, so DH and I are sitting here trying to figure out what drinks have the lowest WW points.

I'm in! Still BF so I am trying to eat healthy without counting calories but what I need to work on is EXERCISE! As in....I need to start! I want to lose 10 lb more but really I would settle for just toning up.

I need to lose at least 20-30lbs-DH thinks its too much but I'm 5ft and weigh 140lb. I wear a size 6 now when I used to be a 3/4. I have huge boobies frm BF 36DD so I look huge.
I like this thread. I am going to plan what I can eat for the day.
BF: oatmeal
lunch: chicken burger on a bun
snack: quaker oats 100 cal bar
Dinner: white rice and small helping of meat???

Today I went for a walk again (yes, in this cold--the plus, it makes you move faster)!
This morning when I got on the scale, I was happy to see I lost 4 pounds over the last couple weeks. I can't say I'm on a diet exactly, but I am watching what I eat and eating at home a lot!

I'm only 3 lbs from my goal, but these seem to be the hardest to lose. It's like my body refuses to lose anymore.

Im with you all. Weighed in last nite to find out I lost a pd.
I'm 7pds away from pre pg weight.
Hitting the gym later...cardio and some weight training.
Eating better, Oatmeal for breakfast/ DanActive yogurt.
Lunch, I was in mood for subway but at the low fat/calorie sandwich. I didnt bring anything today...BAD!

I am 5 weeks PP and I went into work to visit today and everyone was saying OMGGGGGGGGGGGGG you look great. I will post some pictures.. I have about 10more lbs to go.......
What does everyone have for dinner. I always find dinner a challenge

Does anyone want to be on The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet? The show is doing a segment on someone who recently had a baby, could be within a year, who cannot shed those last pounds. They are going to have some nutritional experts on hand to help them with the process. The show is this Thursday and remember, they pick you up, do hair and makeup and it is going to be a great show as Clay Aiken is performing.
Let me know and I can give you the girl's info who is doing the show.

Theresa....I saw pic from Hospital and um, you were already THIN!!
Okay dinner...DH has been amazing by cooking and since we are both on the diet kick...hes been great.
Had a steak- broiled( portion size of my palm) mixed veggies- Broccoli/califlower/carrots and a small baked potatoe.
Thats it..was full!!
I worked out last nite....25 min cardio (my partner showed up early) and did upper body weight training.
Today,
Danactive yogurt, WW english muffin
Lunch-grilled ckn (DH cooked last nite for me )

I lost 5 pounds so far on WW and have about 15 more pounds to go.
Today: Morning - 2 slices of light whole wheat bread with a teaspoon of PB and a small banana Snack - 7-Grain light Wasa crisps (3 = 1 point) Lunch - Kashi pasta pomodoro (5 points) -tiny bag of baby carrots Snack - Pria 110 Cal bar Lots and lots of water Possibly an apple or veggie before dinner. Not sure what I am having for dinner yet but usually a 3-4 oz. lean protein, veggie and good carb such as a small sweet potato, brown rice, etc. -Been going to the gym 3-4 times a week (trying to average 4 but depends on DS's schedule (just turned 12 months), how he is feeling, etc.
Congrats to everyone losing weight!
