Just have to share.. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Happy!
As of today I work in Melville (well work is relative, since I've been on here all morning)
Our office has a small branch out here and so this is where I'll work until the bitter end.
But I'm less than 15mins from home (without traffic that is) and I'm 2 blocks from my hubby. He's on the south side of the LIE and I'm on the north side.
Everyone's been so nice
I have my laptop and some paperwork to keep me busy. They gave me someone's office for today since she's out, so I have DOOR and a WINDOW!
The day is flying by too!
They know I'm preggo (obviously) and feel bad I have to come in at all, so I can allowed to spend one day a week at home for doctor's appts (haha) and since I use my laptop and my blackberry now acts as my office phone (call my number and it rings my blackberry) they are willing to even cover for me! So cute!
I wish I could just work here all the time!

And I can wear real clothes again!
Working in the City, I had to constantly think of COLD and HOT
LIRR is freezing so I'd have to bring my jacket everyday to work
Subways are brutally humid and hot and icky so I'd have to wear light and short sleeve
I got to a point where I was always wearing Aeropostale shirts (my hubby's) SOOOO not professional but its all I could manage
Today I'm wearing a 3/4 sleeve shirt for the first time in forever and Honestly, it feels WONDERFUL!
Stupid, I know but sometimes you just hate looking like a plump bum after awhile, ya know?

I feel stupid happy
Like I could walk on air and jump through the fields (mind you, I'm 36w along-but I feel like I could)
OMG I can't believe how WONDERFUL I feel!
I turned my attention to real for work for like 10mins and banged out a lot of BS stuff that I don't need to do and trashed excess paperwork and cleaned up my little pile of 37items down to just 7 "To do" and 7 "To file properly"
How cool is that?!?
Now it's lunch time!
OH THANK YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE that made this possible!

That is fantastic news! And so much better than commuting to the WFC!! Enjoy it. Maybe after the baby comes you can transfer out there permanently?
