I've just been informed that we're going to see it next week. I'm not doing cartwheels over this, but I'm glad to see you at least got something out of it.
I only saw the first one...I assume that doesn't matter too much.
I should make him see Charlotte's Web in retaliation.

we saw it Fri night too.... about halfway through the movie, the screen went blank and the lights in the theatre came on....I thought God was punishing the movie for the terrible monologue we'd just sat through, but no, it was just a power outage. 
They got it back on after 5 minutes, and overall, the movie wasn't as bad as I expected!
Severely corny moments, but some good one-liners - not the worst I've never seen.
Hey, it beats Rocky 4! (like that was hard)

as a diehad rocky fan (i can pretty much recite each film line by line) i thought it was a great way to tie things up.
It wasn't a masterpiece, but it did a much better job of tying things up than rocky 5 did.
For any old-school rocky fan, pay attention to some of the references they make to the first film.

My DH and I went last night. I thought it was pretty good. He loved it. It was pretty funny though, a lot of the guys in the audience were yelling and punching along like they were at a match - they were so excited!!!
