Just signed up for kickboxing classes~

Im so excited.....its kickboxing at a place down the street from me in Smithtown. $19.99 for 3 trial classes. I like that it was so inexpensive that I could try it before I committed. Im not sure what the cost will be once the promo rate is up. We shall see.

If you hate the gym, look into hot yoga as well. I love it. It's also great for beginners and people who have hx of injuries.

I too hate the gym. I never get the right motivation to get up and go. I currently go to Pure Power Bootcamp in Jericho. It is an excellent workout, but it is very pricey. I've signed up for the 72 sessions, and I am just about half-way though it.

I saw the ilovekickboxing.com web special and I was thinking about trying it out once my bootcamp sessions were over. I don't know how much the classes are, but it is definitely a great price to try it out. Have you gone yet? How are the classes? Do you know how much classes are?

Good for you! Kickboxing is an AMAZING exercise...it gives me the fastest results. Tones the entire body.
