Can anyone recommend a place in the farmingdale, melville,massapequa-ish areas!?

I think Dolphin Fitness on Main St. in Farmingdale has this class. I know my sister was taking a kickboxing class and I am 99% sure this is where she took it.

I go to CKO in Copaigue. They are on Sunrise just east of Great Neck Rd.
Love it and have been going for 2 years now. You can try a class for $20 that includes gloves.
