Just wanted to post for motivation!
I'm 6 months pp - I have 2 under 2 and it seems like this time around its harder for me to lose the baby weight.
I haven't weighed myself but I think I have about 5 pounds to go- all around my middle. I just want my clothes to fit comfortably again.
Its hard to exercise since DD is not sleeping well at ALL at night and we are so exhausted- hopefully we will get her to sleep well soon though.
until then I just want to stop eating so much desert at night.
So, I'm going to try and allow myself only 1 100 calorie snack after dinner with a big mug of tea- not 6 cookies!!

Good luck!
Make sure you are eating enough during the day. If you are too busy and don't realize, it's easy to let meals slip. Or just to pick. Then when you get hungry at night, you look for instant satisfaction in sugar and carbs. Maybe set some time aside each evening or one day on the weekend to plan out your meals, seperate your veggies, etc., this way everything is right there ready to be eaten.

i have a GREAT dessert for you that I learned in Weight Watchers.
1 banana 1 or 2 , (your preference) fat free sugar free fudge pops cool whip
Melt the fudge pops in the micro, then slice the banana up , throw some cool whip in and stir. It is sooo good and you are getting a fruit in.

Thanks so much ladies!
I definitely AM looking for instant satisfaction in the evenings. I barely eat all day and then look forward to sitting down for an hour to veg in front of the TV witih DH. Then I go overboard and eat too much desert! I guess it's like its the one hour of the day to relax- before we get up again to do bottles, dishes, clean etc.
Goal- eat more during the day One snack for desert and then STOP!!
The WW desert sounds great- will try it as soon as I got to the grocery store again!

Sounds like you have a great plan! You will totally get where you want to be if you stick to it Remember, though, you don't have to be eating to relax. Like you said, have your snack and then sit back and enjoy each other!
