Just when I thought it was safe to eat again....
I was bragging to everyone that my m/s has finally subsided, and I was beginning to wonder about feeling PG (remember my "limbo" post?)
Last night, we are at a wedding. I'm feeling fabulous. I'm feeling hungry (in fact, we had 2.5 hrs between the church and reception to kill, and I was starving, we stopped at Qdoba in Hicksville and shared a burrito with chips and guac! YUM!)
I'm nibbling at the cocktail hour, dancing with hubby, having fun with friends.
and then the main course was served.
And I smelled THAT smell. You know - the smell that just triggers you.
I told myself - noooo, I'm all done with my m/s now. I am eating. I am fine.
I ate some of my food.
And about 5 minutes later, mad dash to the toilet. Waited on the line with my hands over my mouth praying I get to the stall on time (there were 2 stalls!)
And then HURLED everything, in course order, with the stall door wide open because I didn't have time to even close it. Of course - the women were like - honey, you ok? (I think they thought I was drunk!) In between hurls I managed to choke out "pregnant!" and they were soooo sweet about it!
Thats the last time I ever complain about feeling "too good!" from now on, when the nausea goes away, I am celebrating it completely!!!!

Thanks - me too - I just didn't want to have to deal with this at a wedding - and the worst part - I noticed that my dress was soret of on the toilet - I almost puked all over it - how much would THAT have SUcKED????

Oh god, I know that feeling!
And I have had the "oh my god I just finished puking and here is something else to make me vomit"
Awww, poor you!! Hopefully it was just something that didn't agree with you (sad to say that, right?)

Oh I'm sorry. I have begun to stop saying how much better I have felt because every time I say that..I got sick. Feel better!
