Kale *cough* Rojerono *cough*
I think I just ate like a half pound of it with my lunch.
I like it - how can I cook it? Just sautee with olive oil and garlic? Do you do anything fancy with it that you feel like sharing with me? Jeannie, looking at you here.
Thanks.

just how you wrote it, but you may want to blanche it in boiling water first. it's more tenderer that way

I agree with Jess about blanching if you plan to sautee it with garlic and oil - which is my favorite way.
I also like it mock fried. You use kitchen shears to get rid of the stem and toss the leaves in olive oil. then lay them on a baking sheet and roast them for a few minutes until they start to get crispy (maybe 3-5 minutes) - flip them and roast for another 10 minutes. They will get brown and feel brittle and fragile. Then you put some salt on them and crunch away. Kale chips! YUM!

Jeannie, can I live with you? I will eat your delicious food and I will do all of your laundry. Deal?

You haven't seen my laundry pile.
But yes. You can live with me in my shanty house by the bay. As long as you don't mind little boys trying to wake you up by staring at you 2 inches from your face.

I'm an awesome laundry folderer - but the 2 inches away from the face thing - my brother did that when he was little Poor mom would FREAK when he did that! I probably would too.

See my brother went in for the kill... he lifted my moms eyelid and said 'Are you in there'.
M, I'd take the deal though.
