I bought kale bc my DH likes it...

How do YOU make kale?

I sautee with garlic and olive oil.

I will also use it in soup, like a vegetable broth soup and that is my green.

i made a really good recipe with kale today.

boil and mash 1.5 lbs of potatos
-boil 6oz (or more if you like) of kale until tender
-mix together with 1tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper
-form into balls and place on an oiled baking sheet.
-bake at 425 for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for 20 more minutes.

i also added 3 green onions to the mix and was going to add cheese, but was out. they're great with sour cream!

-bake kale until crispy (kale chips!)
-use as you would spinach (sautee, etc.)
-soups
-salads
-use as a wrap (either fresh or blanch to make more pliable)
