Kanye West: Apology to Taylor Swift
Earlier in the night, Kanye West ran up onto the stage while Taylor Swift was accepting her award for the “Best Female Video”, grabbed the mic and shouted out, “Yo Taylor. I’m really happy for you. I’m gonna let you finish but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!” Taylor was left speechless and the cameras cut away.
Kanye just posted an apology to Taylor on his blog, which was written in all caps:
“I’m sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom [Andrea]. I spoke to her mother right after and she said the same thing my mother would’ve said. She is very talented! I like the lyrics about being a cheerleader and she’s in the bleachers! …………………… I’m in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment!…………….. Beyonce’s video was the best of this decade!!! I’m sorry to my fans if I let you guys down!!!!! I’m sorry to my friends at MTV. I will apologize to Taylor 2mrw. Welcome to the real world!!!! Everybody wanna booooo me but I’m a fan of real pop culture!!! No disrespect but we watchin’ the show at the cribe right now cause…. Well you know!!!! I’m still happy for Taylor!!!! Boooyaawww!!!! You are very talented!!!!! I gave my awards to Outkast when they deserved it over me… That’s what it is!!!! I’m not crazy yall, I’m just real. Sorry for that!!! I really feel bad for Taylor and I’m sincerely sorry!!! Much Respect!!!!!”

This isn't an apology this is a statement explaining why in his mind it was okay for him to do what he did.
Unfortunately he'll keep making money and doing these kind of things though...is what it is.

He has such a big mouth- it's really getting annoying. I kinda agree with him that Taylor shouldn't have won over the others, but I would never jumped on stage and dissrespected another artist because of it. Get over yourself!

His behavior is disgusting. Taylor Swift is just a kid learning the ropes of stardom and for him to take away from what should have been such a happy moment for her is inexcusable. I was glad Beyonce attempted to rectify the situation.

he is a total DIICK and he wonder's why he has a problem with MTV when it comes to awards
I was on a flight last nite from CA to NY and most people on the flight were watching the VMAs (thanks JetBlue) and you could hear the whole flight gasp when he jumped up on stage. I knew right away it was going to be bad.
Poor Taylor, having to perform right after too!  I HATE Kanye for shhit like this!

If he didn't show up then he couldn't make a spectacle of himself. I'm hoping he may have actually hurt his image for real this time.
