OMG you ladies are all so sweet!!!
My appointment is for 5pm today. I am somewhat nervous but extremely eager to get the ball rolling!! It is almost O time for me (I hope)....
I went to acupuncture last night and I love love love the woman who is treating me. Hopefully I will love Dr. Kreiner as well!!
Thanks for thinking of me, you made me cry!

HA...I knew it...DH is JUST leaving his office in NYC now. He will be late. 
Figures.... although our apt. is actually for 5:30, I guess it's ok as long as I get there on time.

I looooooooooooooved loved loooooooooooooooooved him!!! We laughed so much!! When I questioned things, he said his ego is healthy enough that he can get asked questions and really take the questions seriously - and consider the patient's answers besides, not thinking that he knows everything. And, he said that if his daughter were having a baby he would want my OB to be the one delivering it. So....he likes my OB, but admits he is out of his depth when it comes to fertility issues.
He did a look-see...and saw.... normal uterus. Ovary and follicles on the right. Ovary and follicles on the left -- with one that looked ready to go (I'm on CD 9) - he said, "Look, there's you baby"...
But, my follicles are few. No suprise there, with FSH level of 12.7. So I will go for IVF counseling on Dec. 21 and we will get down to it. Injections after my next period to stimulate, then HCG I think? And on to IVF as soon as I (my eggies) am ready.
I am so glad he is not taking this lightly and is going directly to IVF. Now I just have to hope it works!! I didn't write anything down (I was still in the stir-ups) but at the IVF session I will get all the info.
Thanks for thinking of me ladies!! We will still try on our own this month - who knows, that follicle looked really ripe to me!! LOL...

kara.....so glad you liked Dr. Kreiner.
I LIKE him very much....he always liks to joke around, he even made me laugh while I was having my transfer...I thought those babies would fall out

Kara - I'm so glad that you liked your RE. It sounds like he's really willing to listen and go the route you are most comfortable with.
Where is he located and with what group? I looking in to new REs and would love a suggestion.
