kara's protein bars
YUMMY!
PROTEIN BAR RECIPE
in the thread asking for a low fat breakfast ideas, kara (kitty the stray) offered the protein bars she and her husband make for a quick breakfast.
SO and i bought the ingredients and made a batch, yesterday. can you say YUMMY?!
they are so good!

YAY!!! So glad you liked them! A couple changes I make:
I use CHOCOLATE organic protein powder, and this is HUGE it makes a huge difference in the taste.
I use dried blueberries AND dried cranberries.
