did she have work done, her nose looks different. I know she lost weigh but something is off.

I was totally thinking the same thing. She just looks different. Good, but different.
As for her outfit, I like it. I just don't think it's very age appropriate for her. She's too young for a look like that. Not to mention only a couple of years ago she was the poster child for American Eagle and Abercrombie, so to see her dressed that way is strange.

I agree with a lot of comments! They don't look like they know each other, she's insanely tall, she definitely got a nose job and she needs to dress her age!
