Kaylee Samantha June 8th ..my due date

On June 8th , my due date I woke up at 6am with pains in my lower abdomen ,but it felt like pains beacuse I haven't gone to the bathroom in a long time lol. I went to the the bathroom and went to go lay back down ,but the pains only got worse and were 2-4 minutes apart. I waited 45 minutes to be sure bc the whole week I was having braxton hicks really bad and wanted to be sure since I have 3 other children and couldn't make that mistake .

8:30 I arrived at the hospital and 1/2 hr later I was checked and was 4 cm

9:30 I got my epi
10:15 ish am I was checked again and I was 8 cm and fully dialated so they told me I could push if I wanted . I pushed a few times but her head would not give...she had no time in the canal to cone her lovely little head lol .

At 10:31 am we welcomed our 4th beautiful daughter into the world 8lbs 5 oz and 20 1/4 inches long .

Stony Brook Midwives were amazing and so was the stay. The maternity ward is beautiful !!
