Keeping cookies soft
I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies the other night and put almost all of them into tupperware right away. But they still got hard and crunchy by the next day. How can I keep them softer longer?

Re: Keeping cookies soft
everybody always comments on how soft my cookies are.... what i do is put them in the tupperware while they're still warm. i don't let them completely cool on the racks. not sure why, but i guess sealing them up while they're warm helps keep them soft. i also tend to underbake them just a TINT bit, and i think that helps too.... lol now i'm gonna have to go make some!
