keeping foods warm during backyard party
having my daughters 1st b-day party in a week . i am cooking most of the meals and was wondering how to keep the food warm once i take it outside, if i don't have chafing dishes.

Well, if you are planning on using the aluminum pans for the food.....you Could buy the same size pans but only deeper and fill them up with HOT water and rest the food trays on top of that. It might keep the food warm a little longer.

if you dont want to buy chafing dishes you might look into renting them. That will keep the food hot
Costco sells them pretty cheap...so does party supply stores...
