Keeping neighbors dogs from pooping in our yard?

Ok...so we have a cat or two that likes to hang out in our yard. We don't mind because they keep the mice away & funny enough....seem to turn the light on for us at night when we come home - (sensor lights.)

Now....all of our neighbors have dogs. Great, quiet dogs, but this weekend when working in the yard my DH & I discovered....they also like to poop in our yard.

My question is...how do I keep the dogs off the yard, without keeping the cat/s out too?

Any tips?

Are you sure it's dog poop??

My MIL is having this problem, but learned it wasn't other dogs, it was the cats themselves pooping in their lawn. They still have no solution.

I wouldn't think it was the dogs, unless they are running loose.
It's most likely the cats....

We have dogs (they don't poop on others peple's lawns though ) and I see poop in the front yard and know its not our dogs b/c they don't go in the front yard. It's actually cat poop!
