Kelly (Waterspout4) is prepared for the next storm!
When you hear of a snow storm or a hurricane with LI in its path where do you turn?
LIF of course! Why? Because we have the knowledgeable Kelly aka Waterspout4 available to keep us up-to-date on what we might expect & how to prepare.
We wanted to thank Kelly because let’s face it - not only do you come to LIF for the latest on the storms, here in the office, we do too!
So we searched Kelly's posts & came across this one & knew - we just had to get it for our "LIF Weather-ologist"
Now Kelly & "M" will be prepared for the next storm that comes to hit LI, so she can continue to provide us with up to the minute weather news!
Of course it was a perfect excuse for a party - that included red velvet mini cupcakes, brownies, dancing & yodeling too!

It's not just LIF that relies on you.
My office, my family & my friends. I refer to you as the weather chick. Totally cracks me up to hear my dad ask if you updated yet.

I can attest to this.
Barb, her mom and I all have the same hair stylist
A few days before the storm I was getting my hair done and the stylist and I were talking about the impending storm. I shared with her that I have a "friend" who is a meteorologist
She said, "Barb's mom was in here a little while ago and said they have a friend who is also a meteorologist!!" Me:  "Oh, yeah, I forgot, Barb knows her too. Her name is Kelly"

I was soooooo glad it wasn't pasties you got me. I wondered how that picture would be posted.
Thank you LIF!!!!!!! And thanks to everyone that has confidence in me that I can explain the weather. I am so happy to hear the stories from everyone how they have family and friends that rely on the 'weather chick'.
Now, Michael is expecting a dance party tomorrow at your office with more brownies and cupcakes.

This kid has been obsessed with that yodeling guy for MONTHS now. If you knew me on FB, you've probably seen the video of him, asleep, with his ipod in his hand playing that yodeling song.
