I still think she looks great for just having a baby and I am sure its refreshing for new moms to be ble to relate to her and the changes she is going through.
It totally was. The episode was on the other night when they told her she had 2 weeks left or something before the shoot and she was freaking out because she still looked 8 months preggo.
She signed the contract before having the baby and then realized how unrealistic it was to be thinking she'd be back in a bikini on a mag cover so fast.
She was nowhere NEAR ready- that cover was TOTALLY photoshopped.
then the magazine should not have ran the story
they could have waited - or done a different take on it
I just hate the woman are set up for unrealistic expecations that make they feel bad about themselves

I agree, just watched the episode, they could have put her in the 1-piece on the cover instead, she looked great
I think she looks great here, and still not perfect which is realistic!

ITA!! She kept saying she would be in breach of contract etc.
Unreal.
And men see that cover and are like- well if she can do it, why can't my wife.
I find that men are very blind to all the photoshopping that goes on with magazine pics and really think women are supposed to look like that in real life...

Yes, I also agree. I did watch that show and was like she did not look like that on the magazine.
I just dont get it she is realistically losing weight why cant they document that.

I agree, obviously it was dramatically altered. But I think she looks AMAZING for only being 3 months pp. I'm sure most people realize what is realistic. Why does the media hold celebs to such unreasonable expectations? What is so wrong with letting people see what normal people actually look like after having a baby? What is the downside to that? I don't get it.
And I give her a lot of credit for getting into any bathing suit at all, 3 months after giving birth, and going to the MGM Grand around all those people.
Oh yeah. when You watch them filiming the photoshoot she was way bigger.. but, just like most of us looked 3 months PP. It is refreshing to see that she is in a one piece and sucking it in just like the rest of us. It makes me feel not so bad. And honestly... her body "after" is better than my body "before".  I totally don't understand why they photoshopped it so much.. just to make the rest of us feel about ourselves.

I just saw a bad movie- the Women. But there is a line in it from a Vogue-esque magazine editor. "No one looks like the women in my magazines- not even them."
