kenmore elite-updated..i decided against them!!
give me the good, the bad and the ugly on these appliances. i think i've finally made my decision and before i go to buy them tomorrow i want to hear any kind of thoughts.
update:
just to let you all know that my appliance obsession is finally over. i purchased all my appliances today( not kenmore) through an actual appliance store in east northport. i had a great experience with them and hope that the delivery will go just as smoothly. i'll let you know more when i get them in mid october but thank you all for your words of wisdom and your patience with my many questions. i'm so happy its over!!

Kenmores are made by all different companies - Whirlpool, LG, Bosch - depending upon what you're buying. You may want to check reviews for the similar products under their original brands.

The product is good but the customer service is horrendous! I will never buy another thing from Sears because of my 3rd horrible experience with them. I am still wording my letter and will post what happened to me.
Steer clear.

we bought all of our kitchen appliances from Appliance world. We bought a Delonghi 6 burner gas stove/double oven, the range hood, a GE french door fridge and a GE dishwasher. They were fantastic to deal with. There were some issues with the range hood (not their fault) but they made sure delonghi sent someone out to repair the problem and if it couldn't be fixed they would have replaced it for free. Luckily it was able to be fixed. I will deal with them again when it's time to replace the washer and dryer.

that's exactely what i thought. when its time for the washer dryer i'm definitely going back
