Keratin Treatments or any help would be good

My DD has VERY curly hair. She is still young (10yo) so i dont use product on her hair regularly. She also takes a shower at night, so when she wakes up in the AM her hair is ginormous & frizzy.
She is starting the 5th grade & hates her hair and wont wear it down b/c of the frizz.
Can anyone shed some light on this treatment? i read a little about it online & saw mixed things. I still want her to have curly hair, just more managable & less frizzy.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What do you put in her hair?

My DD has very curly hair as well and I use a TON and I mean a TON of conditioner.. it's the only thing that keeps it tidy.. I brush it out and braid it every night before bed and the next day it looks beautiful.. I just spray it down with a little water and conditioner I have in a water bottle and then use my fingers to curly the hair.

I have done keratin on my own hair and the japanese but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing the keratin on my DD's hair..

definitly a lot of conditioner also- always!
When she was alittle younger i braided it before bed. But now she wants to do her own hair (when she feels like it), she hates the braid, and the older she gets the harder it is, she wants her independance with dressing herself and her hair. i think its more frustration & she is embarressed. I also work nights, so that would leave DH in charge of doing her hair- not gonna happen.

well then I would teach her how to do her own hair then.. if she wants to do it herself, she needs to learn to do it so that it looks nice.

I know how hard it is with these girls!
