OK here is the deal--I am still getting used to styling it and I had some second thoughts this week. I want to wear it blown under and that is not totally working. I can get it dry so fast, though, and I loved that part!!!!! I get the color done tomorrow.

OK. this is from the day I had it done, so this is how they blew it out at the salon. It looks a bit shorter now b/c I do not get it as straight. I will post more pics when I have the color the way I want it:

I love it!!!!
I never get my hair as straight as they do...one trick that I have learned is that..while blow drying..you have to blow the hair shaft down, away from your scalp, which is a bit tricky..but that should help. I gave up blowing mine dry and invested in a really good straightener..I simply style it a bit with the hair dryer and then let it air dry. Finishing off the styling with the straightener..you can do those flips with a straightener too.

Thanks. I know it may not look like some other mommy chops but it has been at least 20 years since my hair was this short, so it is a huge deal to me!!!

Thanks!!!! I also tried a scrunched up curly-ish look this week and that was pretty good. Tomorrow it may look interesting because I think I have to just sit under the big dryer after the color is done.

Aaah, Thanks. I am not going for a huge change but I think it needs some contrast. It's the same color all over and it just needs some pizazz. I wonder if the new collor will even show as a change in photos.

i need to do somethings with hair- how does it look when you let it air dry?
i need something where i can style it when i want to then let it air dry when i dont want to do anything with it-

Meridian Salon. I have been using Jack, the owner, on and off since 1988 when he was at another location. I will be having Liz do the color. I haven't been to her in years but it is time to go back!!!!
So far so good on the air drying. It's doing that right now!
