Kid Friendly lunch spots -Manhattan
Can anyone reccomend a KID FRIENDLY restaurant for lunch in Manhattan?
TIA!
ETA DD is 14 months so doesnt have to be Mars 2112 or anything like that. Just some place where they wont give us the evil eye! LOL

Pretty much anywhere that is not a place like Le Cirque, Balthazar (and even there I would say it is okay), Four Seasons, etc.
Soho places tend to be kid friendly because there are a ton of kids in that area.
If you are more midtown/uptown, I would say Blockheads Burritos (the one on 2nd/52nd has the perk of having Buttercup Bake Shop across the street) It is a tight fit, but they really accommodated me there and Sienna was even BFing there are no one said a thing.
Let me think some more. I would say you can really go anywhere. Just walk around and see what isn't too busy.

I agree that I think most places are kid friendly as long as you are not going to the business lunch type places. . especially if you go a little early or a little later. . what neighborhood are you looking for? I might be able to think of some places if I you know where you're going to be.

What area of the city? Like PP said I have never been to a place that gave us the evil eye and I have been to some very fancy restaurants with DS. There are some places that are very small so it can be a tight squeeze with the high chair.

The Be Our Guest Restaurants have always been accommodating to us. I like Atlantic Grill on the upper east side the best.

Thanks ladies. We are going to the Macys flower show so was looking in the mid town area. We will be going with an elderly aunt so I wanted to have someplace in mind. I will check out all your recommendations!!!

Craftbar on 20th and Broadway (so pretty close to Macys) is very kid friendly. Have fun!

Cinema Cafe
Patsys (awesome)
Blockheads
These are all within doors of each other on 3rd between 33rd and 34th

Love California Pizza Kitchen by bloomies. SUPER kid friendly. They always have a great spot for my double stroller 
ETA: after reading the rest of the thread...most places in the city are pretty kid friendly. some places just make it easier to have kids with you than others!
