Each location is different so you should mention which ones you are intersted in. they are both chains with multiple locations

I was not very impressed with tutor time in Levitown. THey have the cutest little village and then when you go in there you realize its mostly just for show. There are hardly any usable toys in there. I remember going in as a therapist thinking it would be a great room to use for pretend play and then finding out that they had virtually no pretend food in the kitchen. The girl I worked with did have good teachers though...I think.

Re: kiddie academy/tutor time

I use a Kiddie Academy center. Cloddy is right, they are all franchises, so definitely check out a few in your area. We have had a great experience there so far - DD started wen she was 14 weeks and next month she'll be two.

The prices also vary by location bc each franchise can set their own pricing. I was paying a little over $300 a week for FT care with extended hours. Now she goes 2x a week and I pay $168 - I am actually going to start paying the extended hours rate starting next week and I think it's $193 or $198.

Thanks! I am interested in the Levittown and West Islip Tutor Times and the Hicksville and Bayshore Kiddie Academy.
