Kids in Action or Variety

any info on them for all services? ( speech, p/t, o/t)

You are going to get mixed reviews on here about Variety. My DS goes to a weekend program there and so far, we have had only good experiences and he loves going. One person I know IRL who sent her DC there is a therapist herself and she loved it. We know another boy who went there and his mom had great things to say about it. I know there are people on here who would not send their kids there based on things they have heard.

In hindsight, I was glad I chose to go through one of the special ed preschools for services, because what I didn't know at the time is that if your child ends up needed a school program, the schools give priority to the kids who already receive services there. So you may want to think about that, and consider getting services from a location that offers a center based program.

Kids in Action or Variety

i have nothing positive to say about variety. its what i heard, but from a teacher who used to work there and a parent whose child escaped multiple times.

i dont have experience with kids in action.

Kids in Action or Variety

We use Kids in Action. I personally love Valerie for PT. She is very sweet and DS likes her a lot.
For OT DS was evaluated by Amy (I think) and I liked her a lot as well, but he didn't qualified.
I have no advice for a speach therapist. DS didn't qualify either, but I don't remember who came to our house. We are reevaluating him again in December.
