kid's parties
Hi Girls,
I am having a birthday party fo rmy daughter this Sunday. The RSVP date was last Friday(11th). 8 kids from her class never RSVP'd. Would you send a "reminder" notice in or let it drop? A few of them are pretty good friend's of hers so I'm kind of surprised. They were handed out in school though so I just hope everyone got them. I don't know what to do. On the one hand I think the parent's are just incredibly rude and on the other hand I wonder if they got them. Thanks for any input!

Re: kid's parties
Parents are rude. I would send a note in as a reminder. I can't tell you how many times I have had parents not call to RSVP and just show up, or they call the morning of the party. It's really annoying.
I have found that putting an email address on the invite helps though since a lot of people don't like to talk on the phone.
