Kim K - Before and After loads of plastic surgery.

I'm sure her weightloss has a lot to do with the transformation, but she has clearly had a lot of work done!

She def has had work done but I don't know how reliable pictures in the STAR are.

I don't think she has any major work done - I do think she has had Botox and something done to her eyes, but I think most of it is weight loss and aging. I know I look way different at 30 than I did at 23-24, she was practically a kid in those pictures. And makeup is magic...

She definitely did a few littles nips here and there but most thing different about the first picture is baby fat. Different make up and 10 years does change a woman's face. Overall, she still looks like the exact same person.

I would say she surely had her nose done. It used to have a bump and more curved profile, which it does not anymore. Her nose is very different.

She definitely has Botox in the forehead and in her crows feet, fillers in her nasolabial lines and veneers. Not sure if she has done something to her nose, bur if so it was very subtle. Also I wanna say she's done something to her cheeks, but not sure.

that 2006 pic doesn't even look like her---although she's definitely had work done.

cheek implants are a definite. Maybe a slight nose tweek. I am thinking something to her chin. Basically she streamlined her whole face . She had a gorgeous, Armenian look, she basically erased all signs of that and now looks like a plastic doll.

Eh maybe a nose job...it looks like she just lost a few lbs.

I think she lost a ton of weight and either got excellent makeup artists to contour her cheekbones, or she did get some kind of rejuvenation lift from the doctor. Now the latest craze is laser, maybe she lasered off extra fat from her face??


ETA: I definitely think she got some work done to her nose after taking another look. Is it possible for your nose to slim down when you lose weight? (sorry if I sound ridiculous)

The xray of her butt doesnt prove anything. Ok so she doesnt have butt inplants, but it doesnt prove she that she didnt have it injected with fat to make it bigger. Look at those before and after thats ridiculous.

And shes def done work to her face. But remember ladies makeup is magic. The right shading on your nose can make it appear slimmer. And she wears about 20 lbs of makeup a day. I mean she doesnt have 1 day or 1 moment when shes not in a face full of makeup. It must be exhausting to be so insecure that you have to do that everyday.

as much as this woman annoys me..it honestly just looks like her face has matured and she lost weight.

those cheeks didn't come from just loosing a few lbs. She had to have implants or something. She has had her nose done and something has been done with her eyes.

I don't know. I know everyone—young and old—gets "tweaked" in Hollywood, but I think her face has just matured more. The shape is roughly the same. Her cheek bones are just more prominent in the second shot. I held on to my baby cheeks until I was about 25. My DH always looks at pictures and says I look so different in my early 20s. I was the same weight, so it didn't come from losing weight. My face is just more sculpted now and people say I look more like my mom as I get older. I know Kris K has had work done, but honestly, I think Kim is looking more and more like her these days.

I just saw her on the cover of a magazine (I don't remember which one) but I had to look really closely because it seriously didn't even look like her! She looks like she lost a lot of weight and maybe did something to her teeth? They looked bigger, like maybe she got veneers.

Honestly, I saw that magazine in the supermarket yesterday and that cover looks worse here because it's a picture of a picture... but otherwise, the difference between those two pics is minimal. She looks a lot thinner now but otherwise everything else looks the same.

Her eyes are the same shape, she's just got 2 tons of makeup in the first pic versus 1 ton in the second.

Not saying she's never had plastic surgery... of course she has, as has every woman in her zip code, but I don't see this DRASTIC change they're talking about.

5 (now 6) years of aging makes a difference...she's gone from her mid-20's to early 30's - that changes everything!

If you saw a picture of me 5/6 years ago compared to now, a lot has changed without any work.

I do feel she's done a bit here and there, but nothing THAT dramatic...plus, her makeup changes and the contouring changes and that too makes a huge difference.
